Q.- What if I don't like the design?
A.- You may always purchase additional logo concepts and a greatly reduced rate.

Q.- How long will it take?
A.- 1 to 3 days for the initial design concepts.

Q.- Do you do hosting?
A.- YES! We offer many options for hosting including email and website statistics so you can see where your traffic is coming from and what they are doing on your site.
We also offer free website text updates when you host with us!

Q.- Do I receive the source files?
A.- Yes! You will receive all the files we used while creating your logo or stationary.

Q.- Do you provide domain names?
A.- Yes! Just $19 registered in your name

Q.- What if I have hosting somewhere else?
A.- No problem! We can upload your site for you on your current host or we can assist with migrating your site over to our web hosting. It's your choice!

Q.- Am I required to host with EbizSiteDesigns?
A.- Never

Q.- Will I be able to see the logo while its being developed?
A.- Of course! It’s meant to be an interactive, iterative process. Unless of course you don’t want to be bothered. You will be provided with a link to view the logo right from the drawing stages. You will then have a link to view while we are building and have the ability to tell us what you like and don’t like. Tell your project manager at anytime what you want to change and it will be done.

Q.- So what's next, how do I start?
A.- Simply contact your sales rep and have them provide you with our quote and credit card
authorization form. Once they are both returned, you are officially started!

Q.- What if I have a technical issue with the site once the project is done?
A.- We will always support the work we have done. If the file was not modified since we last updated the file we fully warranty any programming and designing we do for a period of 6 months from the date of completion.

Q.- Do I get training on how to use the website?
A.- Yes, of course! We will setup a remote session with you to show you first hand how to use your site. We have helped some rather un savvy individuals understand the site and be able to administer their own ecommerce stores so don't worry, we're here to educate and help.

Q.- I need updates to the site now that It's done, what are the fees?
A.- No problem. Just let your project manager or sales rep know what you'd like to have done and we will deliver a quote to you for the work. We work very hard on the initial site in hopes your site does well and you will come back for this sort of work so please do contact us when you need further services.
